Group Counseling & Psychoeducation Classes in Scottsdale, Arizona

Healing doesn’t always have to happen alone. At Salus Sanctuary, our group counseling and psychoeducation classes provide a supportive environment where individuals can learn, connect, build practical skills, and gain a better understanding of their mental health.

Our groups are designed to address a variety of mental health and wellness topics, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, coping skills, communication, relapse prevention, and overall emotional well-being. Each group is structured around a specific topic or goal, giving participants an opportunity to develop tools they can apply to everyday life.

Group counseling provides a space to explore challenges alongside others who may be navigating similar experiences. Guided by a qualified behavioral health professional, participants can share experiences, practice new skills, receive support, and gain different perspectives in a respectful and welcoming setting.

Our psychoeducation classes place a greater emphasis on learning and skill-building. These classes help participants better understand topics such as managing anxiety, recognizing patterns of stress, developing healthy coping strategies, setting boundaries, improving communication, understanding emotions, and creating routines that support mental wellness.

At Salus Sanctuary, we recognize that everyone’s journey is different. Some individuals may participate in groups as part of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), while others may attend select group counseling or psychoeducation sessions based on their individual needs.

Our goal is to create an environment where you can learn more about yourself, strengthen the skills you already have, develop new ones, and feel supported as you work toward greater stability, confidence, and well-being.
