Partial Hospitalization Program, PHP

Sometimes you need more support than a few therapy sessions each week, but you may not need to step away from your life completely. Salus Sanctuary’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a higher level of structured mental health care 4 to 5 days a week while allowing you to return home at the end of each day.

At Salus, we believe intensive care should still feel personal. We begin by understanding you as a whole person, not simply the symptoms or diagnosis that brought you through our doors. We take time to understand what you are experiencing, how it is affecting your everyday life, and what you need to begin feeling more stable and in control.

What to Expect

Your days at Salus are intentionally structured to give you consistent support while helping you develop skills you can use outside of treatment. Depending on your individualized care plan, your program may include group therapy, individual support, psychoeducation, skill building, and psychiatric medication management when appropriate.

Together, we may work on understanding emotional patterns and triggers, managing anxiety and difficult emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening communication and relationships, creating routines, and rebuilding confidence in your ability to manage everyday life.

More Than a Treatment Program

The Salus Way is about creating an environment where intensive mental health care still feels welcoming, comfortable, and human. We want you to have a space where you can be open about what you are experiencing without feeling defined by it.

Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, major life changes, emotional instability, or co-occurring concerns, PHP can provide the additional structure and support you need when traditional outpatient therapy no longer feels like enough.

Our goal is not simply to help you get through the day. We want to help you understand yourself more deeply, regain stability, develop tools that work in real life, and prepare for a level of independence that feels sustainable.

At Salus, progress does not have to happen all at once. We meet you where you are, build from there, and walk with you as you work toward where you want to be.
