Intensive Outpatient Program, IOP

Sometimes weekly therapy is not enough, but stepping away from your life for treatment does not feel right either. Salus Sanctuary’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was created for that space in between. Our program provides structured mental health support three days a week while allowing you to continue living at home, working, attending school, caring for your family, and staying connected to your everyday life.
Â
What makes the Salus experience different is that we start with you, not just a diagnosis. We take the time to understand what brought you here, what you have been carrying, what is affecting your life today, and where you want to go next. From there, we create a personalized path forward built around your needs, goals, strengths, and experiences.
Â
Your time at Salus may include group therapy, individual support, psychoeducation, skill building, and psychiatric medication management when appropriate. Throughout the program, you will work on understanding patterns and triggers, managing difficult emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, improving relationships and communication, and building tools that can continue serving you long after treatment ends.
Â
We also believe healing happens differently when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. Salus was intentionally designed to feel welcoming, personal, and human. You are not coming here to be defined by what you are going through. You are coming to a place where you can be heard, challenged, supported, and given the tools to make meaningful changes in your life.
Â
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, major life changes, emotional difficulties, or co-occurring concerns, you do not have to wait until life reaches a breaking point to ask for more support. IOP can be the place where you slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin making changes with the guidance of a team beside you.
