About Salus Sanctuary
Â
Salus Sanctuary is a behavioral health center in North Scottsdale, Arizona, created with a simple belief: mental health care should feel personal, welcoming, and centered around the individual.
Â
We provide a supportive environment for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, substance use, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. We understand that everyone arrives with a different story, which is why we look beyond a diagnosis to understand the whole person, their experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals.
Â
Through Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), individual therapy, group therapy and psychoeducation, and medication management, Salus offers different levels of support based on each person's needs. Our outpatient approach allows clients to receive meaningful, structured care while remaining connected to their families, careers, relationships, and everyday lives.
Â
At the heart of our approach is the Salus way: individualized care, evidence-informed treatment, genuine human connection, and an environment where people feel heard and respected. We believe effective treatment is not simply about managing symptoms. It is about helping people better understand themselves, develop practical tools, strengthen their emotional well-being, and create changes that continue beyond their time in treatment.
Â
We also believe seeking help should not require reaching a breaking point. Whether someone is beginning their mental health journey, needs more support than traditional weekly therapy, or is transitioning from a higher level of care, Salus is designed to meet them where they are and help determine the right path forward.
Our space was intentionally created to feel different from a traditional clinical environment. We want every person who walks through our doors to experience warmth, dignity, compassion, and a sense that meaningful change is possible.
Â
Salus means health and well-being. Our sanctuary is a place to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, receive meaningful support, and begin moving toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
